Shipping & Postage Policy 

• Handprinted card & envelope will be wrapped in cellophane and posted in a hardboard envelope.

• Print artwork will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, rolled and mailed in a cardboard tube. 

• All orders are insured and tracked. 

• Multiple purchases may be packed in hardboard parcel. 

• For postage rates by country, select your destination in the cart drop down menu. 

UK mainland & Northern Ireland

• Domestic orders will be posted via tracked Royal Mail standard tracked delivery. 

• Dispatch and delivery times 3 – 5 business days

• If you need your artwork earlier or require priority delivery, please email mellowmuseprints@gmail.com to discuss alternative arrangements.

Europe & Worldwide 

• Once dispatched the transit time will vary and depend upon each destination. 

• Please note, buyers in Europe and worldwide may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of your country. 

• These additional charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.

• Dispatch and delivery times 5 – 10 days business days

• Different delivery times may apply to sale items, commissioned works, ‘pre-order’ items and those purchased during holiday seasons.
